More than 780 graduate students at the University Park campus graduated this spring and to celebrate the achievement of their academic goals, the Graduate School and the Graduate School Alumni Society hosted its annual Spring Commencement Reception on Sunday, May 17, in the lobby of the Kern Graduate Building.
The National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship competition annually selects outstanding graduate students to provide three years of funding for their master’s and Ph.D. work. NSF Fellows are experts and leaders who contribute significantly to research, education, and innovations in science and engineering.
